Vista Clinic offers comfortable homely accommodation in seven wards namely Ward Azalea, Begonia, Camellia, Disa, Erica, Fucshia, and Gardenia.

Admission to the wards is according to gender and age and not diagnosis.

All wards have general rooms of two to three people sharing. Limited private rooms with en-suite bathrooms are available on request at an additional admission fee.

As from 1 November 2013, all wards will become non-smoking wards.  This means that there won’t be any smoking facilities from 20:00 until 05:00 for patients.  Please discuss substitution products with your doctor.

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to smoke at Vista Clinic.  Please discuss nicotine replacement alternatives with your doctor.

Vista Clinic complies with the national legislation and therefore smoking at Vista will only be allowed in a few designated areas around the clinic.

Cigarettes and snuff makes the medication for psychiatric illness less effective.  You can support your loved one by not smoking when you visit.

Recreation is an integral part of the treatment of mental illness. It involves a calm, homely, structured atmosphere conducive to psychological healing.

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter and chemical messenger that sends messages between neurons in the brain. It essentially motivates, drives, and pushes people forward to achieve what they want: a feel-good hormone that dictates a person’s reward pathway, letting them experience feelings of bliss and enjoyment. That is the vision for DOPAMINE. It is a space created for people to feel relaxed enough to think about their future without anxiety, whilst rewarding themselves with delicious treats and leaving with a feeling of achievement. Dopamine will be serving toasted sandwiches , wraps, salads and a selection of pastries as well as coffee, milkshakes and smoothies to quench the thirst.
