In this series of community groups, we will discuss the importance of self-care. Basic psycho-education will be provided, through use of a presentation and various fun activities. Bring a friend and have some fun, all while improving your mental wellness!

Basic psycho-education will be provided, through use of a presentation and various fun activities. Bring a friend and have some fun, all while improving your mental wellness!

Understanding Depression & Anxiety Within the Family - Join us for a discussion on how depression and anxiety disorders may impact family functioning.

Family Boundaries and Communication - A discussion on communication styles and implementing healthy boundaries, to better understand each other in a family dynamic.

A New Chapter: The Way Forward for Our Family - In this presentation, we will look at how families can adapt to the change that comes along with mental illness and how they can move forward in their new reality.
